Pain return and spotting

Hi I was first diagnosed with endometriosis 9 years ago to which I had laparoscopy and then the Mirena fitted. I seem to have been able to manage my symptoms over the last 9 years between being pregnant and the coil. I have had my most recent coil in 2.5 years and now I seem to all of a sudden be getting endometriosis symptoms which have hit me. I have had some symptoms over the time but not like this. Has anyone else had it randomly return and suffered with brown spotting also? X

Regarding your brown spotting towards to end of your periods, it seems normal unless it's smelly (which might indicate cancer). Look for natural remedies and maybe a laparoscopy.
