I had my endo surgery 2 months ago maybe just a bit over that, and in the past two days I’ve been getting pain in my belly button, where one of the incision was, it just feels super bruised and a little swollen! Has anyone else experienced this? I have no idea what it could be it just started randomly, if any one has any advice that would be amazing!!
Sending love to you all!!

Is it red? It could be an infection or still healing. Don’t forget your insides have been shifted around looking for Endo and if they’ve removed any that involves cutting/burning and needs to heal.
If you’ve got a temperature or are worried contact GP and they can check the incision. If you’re on Endo nurses list at Gynae department you could contact them as well.
this has been happening me recently but it’s been 1.5 years since my surgery!! I think the bruising happened because i bent over in tight jeans which dug in, but it lasted for aaaaages! I’ve been having issues ever since fertility treatment as my belly wa so swollen and given the scar tissue on my belly button it seemed to have trouble expanding (and this worries me about being pregnant with belly button scarring - what happens your surgery incisions if you get pregnant? Can they split?
Its been 6 months since my lap and I get a tight feeling through and around my belly button, which was used as a port. I've been told it's nothing to worry about that's it's most likely some scar tissue that formed as the incision healed and that doesn't stretch, hence the tight feeling.
