I work as a dietetic assistant and have to look at plant based milks as part of my job for one of our patient groups. Oat dream is gluten free as is Califia Farm milk. Just be aware that both Oat Dream and Rude health milks are organic and as such I don't think they are fortified with any vitamins and minerals. I'm sure Califia Farm has calcium and vitamin D included.

Thank you I have noticed some contain sunflower oil aswell which I can't tolerate which the Rude health one seems to.

Sadly it's the base of most vegan milks on the market. I used to use an unfortified almond milk with a water base rather than oil called 'Nutty Bruce' but I'm not sure if you're ok with nuts.

I have Plenish Milk! It’s amazing… only 3 ingredients. No seed oils or other bad additives. There is Oat, Almond, Cashew and coconut. And they taste really good :)

It’s available in most supermarkets
