Trying to get some advice on whether some symptoms I'm getting could be linked to (possibly) endometriosis.
I'm having a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy on July 27th for suspected endometriosis. Main reason for this was continuous bleeding for around 8-9 months. However I stopped bleeding a few weeks ago and instead I was getting what felt like severe period pain. I'm taking double dose of cerelle so don't really have a period cycle anymore.
Again that pain has eased but now I have a feeling like something is pressing down on my bladder and painful when I pee plus pain in my admonen and back and my bowel movements are not normal for me (some days struggle to go, other days diarrhoea and variations inveteeen). Each day I wake up is fear of what pain or odd bowel / bladder movements will happen.
Is this all likely to be related? I'm getting more and more anxious as already this year my thyroid has been underactive which totally wiped me and had an initial diagnosis of polycystic ovaries which was treated by the extra dose of cerelle and sorting out my thyroid. I'm actually more concerned than the op won't show endometriosis because there's then potentially something else wrong with me.
Any advice would be really appreciated.

Rectovaginal and bowel endo can cause bowel symptoms. You can also get bladder symptoms if you have endo growing there. I had it on my bladder, growing round my left ureter, then growing down between my vagina and rectum (rectovaginal endo) and up between my uterus and bowel and sticking it all together.
I was chronically constipated, would frequently pass mucus and blood, and had endless bouts of cystitis. Every day revolved around laxatives and had I eaten the right foods and would I be able to go. It was a nightmare.
Firstly I am so sorry to hear you've been so uncomfortable.I completely support JoReilly's comments.
I've just had a hysterectomy/ovary removal for other reasons but, when they did the surgery they found endometriosis all over my bladder and kidneys.I had been having problems for some time and it had also affected my bowels.I cannot tell you the difference surgery has made,so there is hope.
It can be so frustrating that you have to wait for the lap for a definitive result but, they have a great view once they're in there...
I could well be signs of endo. Also going off your bowel symptoms too of mixed constipation and diarrhoea it could also be ibs as well. I suffer with both but tend to be more constipated, I have to take laxativessels as and when needed sometimes though being on my period helps me naturally have normal bowel movements.
Thanks all. Really helpful responses. Never thought I'd be looking forward to an operation!
I did consider IBS - again if it is, it's something new I've developed in past few weeks. I'm drinking lots of peppermint tea and water and keeping an eye on food I'm eating so this should hopefully help if it is.
Hopefully if it isuits ibs you will find something that works. I was diagnosed at 16, still not 100%on diagnosis I sometimes feel theyou just fob me off, as I've not found anything that consistently works. Buscopanis good for the cramps but then also causes some pain for a bowel movement. Peppermint tea I can't drink I try so many times I just give up. Sometimes certain things make my symptoms worse ie bacon, egg, garlic. But hen other times the foodsame don't effect me. Lol.
Do you find your IBS worse in the morning? I find my bowel issues are worst when I first wake up but then ease once I'm up and about whereas bladder is opposite.
My ibs can be anytime. Some days now I don't know if it is my ibs or my endo as I was told that endo pains can mimic ibs. So I never know what's what with body.
