Hi all. For context, I was diagnosed with endo almost two years ago via laparoscopy (I was fortunate enough to be able to go private because I was sick of the medical gaslighting). I was on birth control pills until last year but I got tired of pumping myself full of hormones so came off over a year ago. It took a while for things to settle, but my periods were actually relatively regular (although heavy and painful) until this month.
Two weeks ago I started bleeding and haven’t stopped. I’ve also got cramping and stabbing pains, bad enough that it sent me to A&E last week. I was halfway through my cycle so this was totally unexpected. Needless to say, the gynae team in A&E have refused to see me (apparently if it’s not ovarian torsion, cyst rupture, or cancer, they won’t see me- they didn’t check me for any of these FYI. I haven’t even had a scan. Blood tests showed inflammation but that was all I was told).
Has anyone else experienced this and got any advice? I’m worried about anaemia at this point and I don’t like being on codeine for this amount of time. I’m bleeding through clothes (awkward at work 😬) and I’m even dreaming about the pain… any help would be so appreciated. Happy endo awareness month too!

I'm pinning this because I have the same thing I am bleeding in the middle of period and a week before the bleeding started I had the pap test and right after I had awful paint until 7 days after, I started bleeding then the pain seemed to ease but it still feels like my belly is inflamed. My gynecologist is useless I am thinking since years to change her. In 2019 she made me do every month ultrasound and everytime I was seeing her and I was complaining about something she would look like she is hiding something and staying silent. I just know I need to change her since I am her patient she gives me anxiety and she won' t cure me or give me any prescription. Are you not supposed to get some antibiotics for inflamation or what they told you? I hope not all gynecologists are stupid I cannot trust them anymore I went to Emergency too when I had pain a few months ago and they did a lot of tests but they only told me if I come again with pain they will do a surgery on me. I am waiting now for a surgery but with a specialist because first time they only cut me and sewed me because they were apparatently too scared to do anything because of what massive adhesions I had .
