Hello everyone, this is the first time i've ever connected with anyone about Endo so I don't know much other than my own lifetime of it. I'm from a generation where I was dismissed by doctors as 'it's normal to have period pain'.
One of the worst things for me is that my Endo is brought on by exertion, it doesn't even need to be exercise it could just be briskly rushing for a train on the 'wrong' day.
Is this something others get?

Yes I would get pain on exertion - usually long walks. Now I struggle at the gym because of severe lower back pain that I feel is caused by the endometriosis
Hi! Unfortunately, yes. As my endo progressed, any movement became uncomfortable or downright painful. I gave up doing parkrun because the jogging was jarring my insides too much. These days, if trying to walk fast, bend or twist, or even sneeze, I proceed with caution! xxx
