could this be ruptured cyst?

morning everyone, I just need a little help so I have been bleeding for 10weeks until o got some different tablets from my doctors the other week they worked and stopped my bleeding but woke up this morning with blood in my pants and bleeding and the worst pain ever in my ovaries to the point I was in tears this pain is new and never experienced this pain in my life my ovaries feel like they are on fire and the pain is so bad I just can’t move I’ve been diagnosed with cysts before in the past but never had any ruptured or experienced this pain before x

in my own experience ruptured ovarian cysts did not cause uterine bleeding, although I’ve just read that it can. Id seek medical advice if you are still in bad pain. I had ovarian torsion (twisting) which caused unbelievable pain, and this is a medical emergency.
