Hi guys i was diognosised in 2009 with endremetosis have had 4 laporoscopys had the depo for 5 years which i feel also affected me i came off middle of last year around march april i started getting regular periods every month after irregular bleeding for a while i have a period each momth around 23 24th its been absolute hell i was also crippled in pain and had a cyst pop on my left overy i have missed some appointments due to struggling at the moment with my mental health and hormones i do feel like i need another laporoscopy. I just dont lnow what to do now i dont want his delibirating pain each month and i felt like it was still going on inside even when i was on depo. Would be graitful of any advice or your stories i didnt have periods in 5 years as depo did eventually stop them. But been off depo about 7 months now and having regular periods

have you tried avoiding wheat and dairy? There is research that 80% of women get some relief from their pain by avoiding wheat. For more info endometriosis.co.uk/

Hey,

what a nightmare for us all i have had to reduce gluten this has helped my bowels not to be so erratic switched to soya milk try to find a dietician that can help with endo it could be they can give tips to help the bowels relax by eliminatiin certain trigger within endo as you know multiple laps give you adhesions down there ! pelvic floor physio can help with exercisise to help release arwas within the pelvic region but you mite need to be refered to gynae for an updated scan but be kind to yourself rest when you need to
