does anyone experience painful/severe bowel movements or peeing after it has occurred.
due to medication I am always backed up on prunes and laxatives or have ibs diareah And taking anti diorwah as I have no control over my bowels at times
After using the toilet even without a flare up I have severe pelvic pain and lower stomach pain and am very bloated sometimes it radiates towards my back as well. I am unable to ration or hold my bladder when I’m on my period and have to pee constantly or the pain begins
it’s debilitating sometimes and leaves me in bed where I can’t sleep and the pain is smiling to flare up pain.
I am unsure of what to do or if anyone can relate to me
Any support or advice is much appreciated

Hi. B4 my surgery I had intermittent pain pushing to go to loo in my pelvic area and sometimes stabbing up my bum🤦♀️ my lowerctummy would also be tender to touch during and days after a period. My lap showed endo on my bladder wall, my ovaries had an endometrioma and were stuck near rectum. I had the endo removed and ovaries unstuck and that pain has gone. Along with other discomfort. I still get very constipated and have griping 3 weeks out o 4 ( luckily not agony) but I still gave endo in POD and extensive scarring which couldn't be removed.
I can't speak for your other symptoms but for years I've experienced severe pain when opening my bowels and as I finished urinating and during my last laparoscopy they finally found endometriosis near by bowel and bladder which the consultant expected due to my symptoms. Since having the endo removed (not long ago), I'm experiencing these symptoms far less often and not nearly as severely as before so I'm hoping they will continue to dissipate as my body heals.
