Does anybody's urine smell strong with endo on either bowel or down below?

Every time I have a wee it smells really strong even if I drink lots of water. I've never come across this anywhere so it makes me worry it's something more sinister. I just get constant pain in bowel and down below even when I'm just sat. These things just come from nowhere sometimes and keep adding to list. I'm waiting for a private gynaecologist to get back to arrange MRI and it's been 11days and still no phone call, what's the point in paying private

I get really bad strong smelling urine, I drink a lot of fluid but I've put it down to having Interstitial cystitis as UTI's always came back clear.

This happens to me, pain when passing urine or stool. Strong smelling urine and rectal bleeding. I don’t know for sure but guessing it’s to do with inflammation from endo and where it’s located.

So many symptoms with endometriosis...it's a nightmare! I just want to know what's wrong with me and everything takes forever.

I know my blood pressure is ok as I'm in hospital now with something else, not 100% sure if they tested my urine. I need to check that.

I thought there was something very wrong with me I’m so glad I’m not alone with the Smelly urine at least now I know for sure it is the Endo There’s far too many symptoms for me to keep track of 😔

It really does I was so embarrassed by it I couldn’t tell anyone about it due to embarrassment but now I know different I’m so relieved 😌

Urine infection is the commonest cause of smelly urine.

I'm 7 days post lap & a few days after I was extremely sore on the outside 'down there' (to the point where i couldnt wear knickers because it was so sore) and my urine smelled strong. Our local pharmacy does UTI testing so I took in a sample and was given antibiotics for a water infection. It's calmed down now but my urine is still very yellow despite drinking water. From what youve said I'd ask if your pharmacy or gp practice nurse can test your urine before the weekend as if it is a urine infection it will only get worse if you leave it. Hope you get sorted out soon x
