A helpful book

Beautyintheordinary profile image

Hi all,

Just wanted to share this book recommendation I received; apparently it covers everything to do with the disease as well as providing chapters on nutrition and lifestyle changes, and a very helpful one on questions to ask your surgeons and doctors.

Thought it might be helpful for anyone feeling lost and in need of something to read!

'The doctor will see you now: recognising and treating endometriosis' - by Tamar seckin MD

Thankyou

I like Heal Endo by Kate Edmonds. Good books are worth their weight in gold.

BloomingMarvellous , I agree they are worth their weight in gold. I am a regular user of my local library so I am going to check these 2 books out, if they don't have them available straight away I can order a copy for a 50p charge!

I just ordered this! Hoping it'll be a helpful read for me too x
