Recent c section....pain 4 weeks on

Hi I had a c section 4 weeks ago. I've now got really intense pain I've had fir 48 hours. I thought it was my period but could it be ovulation pain? Is my left side and my back and also partly my right side. Will it be part of my recovery? I'm hoping it's not permanent!

The surgeon said my entire uterus was covered with endo on the outside.
