I've been on it for 3 years without any of those thingsbut everyone has different reactions to different drugs. Do you think your symptoms sound a bit like menopause or peri menopause ? hot sweats certainly do. Go back to your GP or just phone them and see what they say. I asked my doc how will I know when I reach menopause if I'm on th epill and he said hot sweats. Good luck x

hi, I’m 45 and I started with night sweats last year, I also have awful brain fog and occasionally feel light headed. My symptoms improved after a lap in may when i had an endometrioma removed. However the night sweats started again last week. Literally running down my back and chest 😥 however it’s really random. I did start taking the progesterone pill about 3 weeks ago but if I’m honest I jus now think it’s mixture of my age and possibly my ovaries not working the best, with the cysts i keep getting.

Hi there really sorry to hear this!

I am on Cerazette and 43, nearly 44.

I have been on it for 6 weeks and thinking of coming off as I have had mild night sweats but frequent and prolonged periods that are still painful.

As we will be going through peri menopause naturally right now hormones will be imbalanced. I went to a nutritionist and found diet and supplements were helping inflammation and balance hormones and I can highly recommend a book called Heal Endo as well.

I am thinking of also seeing a hormone specialist as well but it’s all getting expensive. GPs will only do general testing, specialist know what they are looking for. Waiting for specialist on the NHS is such a long wait.

I am still researching this daily, so if I find anymore information I will let you know!

Hello. How are you now? Did it settle down? I've been on Cerazette for 28 days now and have had various symptoms of what I hope are 'settling in' symptoms. This pill is last chance saloon pill for me as can no longer take ones with oestrogen, due to migraines. I'm 41 and hoping for early (& easy/straightforward) menopause to get this all out of the way. Hope you are feeling better. x
