Tips for living with endo & fibromyalgia?

Wondering if anyone has any tips on how to live with both! I’m going through the process of getting diagnosed with fibro (although it is very likely as it runs in my family) and I am looking for some advise on how to manage the pain. Seems like my endo pain is setting off fibro flares too 🙃 I am in my 20’s and I feel like an old lady most days!

I am currently taking a high strength multivitamin, probiotic, CBD oil and the POP. Having ibuprofen and strong co codamol on bad days. I am reluctant to keep adding medications into the mix to be honest. My Nan takes gabapentin and said that she gets withdrawals if she misses a night so that really puts me off! Everyone in my family has also had a bad time with amitriptyline.

Help please lol.

I’d look at Serrapeptase with Nattokinase, Levagen , Omega 3 . There seems to be indications that issues around fibrosing may play a role in endo process and may also be involved with fibromyalgia too but they are still investigating….My fibro flares with issues of lactase intolerance which I track back to repeated UTI (due to klebiesella bacteria present for many women with endometriosis in the pelvic area that can trigger lactose issues post infection).Age can add to this.
