It has been 9 1/2 weeks since a diagnostic laparoscopy and excision of endometriosis that was found and still having the “old”chronic pain plus have now had 2 excruciating periods (pain even beginning several days before period on the 2nd one) since the surgery.

Hi,

I have, I had surgery last September within 5 months of surgery the original pelvic pain had returned and the belly pain experienced was significantly worse. I was prescribed the mini pill to stop periods, but the pain has been horrendous even without having any periods since surgery.

I am now back under a gynaecologist and waiting to hear what options are available in terms of further surgery etc.
