Endo reduction/prevention

Ive had endo since i was about 26 (diagnosed,). Im considering getting the merina coil to reduce pain etc.it worked for me a few years ago but removed it to try and concieve. I now know my ovarian reserve is very low and chances are slim. I can feel my endo getting worse and want to try and prevent it getting worse.

1. When you have the coil will you still experience menapause symptoms if you are nearing?

2. Will the coil completely stop endo in its tracks or just shrink it? Im aware it wont disapear conpletely.
