I have been suffering with pain, amongst other symptoms, since the start of lockdown. I was very lucky and managed to get a laproscopy earlier this year, however the surgeon found nothing and prescribed me contraceptives as well as fitting the mirena coil.
Although the hormones have helped to some extend I am still experiencing a lot of nerve pain starting in my lower abdomen and into my legs, keeping me awake at night. Has anyone else suffered with this or have any tips/advice?
I am hoping to get a second opinion as I can't be experiencing this pain for no reason. My sister has endo and my symptoms are identical.

Hiya, sorry to hear you are going through this as I know is not pleasant at all. I have been having the same issue for the last 9 months and sadly have not found anything that is getting rid of it. I tried physio, chiro, accupanture but not much luck. Went to see a back specialist and was recommended I get a lumbar injection to help with the pain hopefully. Waiting for the hospital to call me back for the appt.Which leg is worse the right or the left?
If you are sure it is nerve pain, your GP could prescribe something to take at night -probably amitryptyline. I have found that helped in the past, though it can make you sleepy in the day. If so taking it earlier in the evening can help. You are right to want this investigated as it does sound as if it could be endo related even though nothing was found during your lap. It can depend on where it is located and the experience of the surgeon in dealing with endo,
