I really like exercising but I have realised why I do core it makes my pain flare up a load 😥. Does anyone know any tips to reduce the pain after exercise?

Hey, what exercises are you doing? I tend to avoid core exercises and high impact, I opt for more gentle things like yoga and Pilates! There's some fab free videos on YouTube of Pilates and yoga that's for endometriosis, so that would be a good place to start
Try gentle exercises to relax your pelvis and surrounding muscle. After awhile you may be able to more core work. Thus worked for me under supervision from physio linked to bgse. I use a book by Amy stein heal pelvic pain. It really helped.
