hi everyone. ive had my laparascopy 8 weeks ago and have been on Dienogest since then. Despite the hormone, I had ~2 weeks of light dark bleeding a month ago with some cramps. Now my cramps are so much worse, even worse than pre surgery and I suspect I will be bleeding again. This is a bit worrying as the treatment should have stopped my period (and my pain) whilst it hasnt. Anyone has had a similar experience? thank you
