Endometriosis and sickness

Hi Ladies, I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2018 and had excision surgery last year . Starting 3 months ago I started to be badly sick on my period which never happened prior to this. I started the pill Cerazette about a month ago, it was thought this might help this and my pain, but last few days I've had really heavy ongoing bleeding and sickness even though my period isn't even due yet. Anyone with advice or a similar experience would be really appreciated x
