implant and endo

Hi, I've been on the Nexplanon implant for the last 5 years, my periods stopped, only having the occasional spotting. My endo symptoms being on the implant improved at first but now I feel as if they are getting worse. My endometriosis has grown back since my surgery in 2018, and also began growing on my bladder, giving me the frequent need to go the toilet along with many water infections. The doctors keep trying to convince me to stay on the implant as they say it "cures my endo" but I'd really like to try to get pregnant. I was hoping for some advice, as I have not had a period in so long I am scared of what my body would be like when I removed the implant, but I also wanted to know experiences in conceiving with endo.
