I’ve seen a lot about these lately but there are so many mixed reviews! Has anyone tried these? How well do they work for you? Which one would you recommend?

Thank you 💜💛

I borrowed one from a friend to see if it helped. It does help me especially when I’m having a really bad day. I’ve found it a bit trial and error for where to put the pads at first. I find it distracting when wearing it, which helps too. I think everyone is different but it’s definitely worth a try. X
