Sorry to hear your in pain. 💛

Does heat bring you any relief? Or a hot bath with magnesium salts? I also find deep breathing and listening to some meditation can help as I'm not focusing on the pain so much and can help with sleep.

If you are able to, light stretching may help. Not always possible I know, but when I've had a days of not moving properly I get more stiff and tight which makes the pain worse.

Please speak to a GP about alternative pain medicine or ask if they can give you something to line your stomach while you take the painkillers. Long useage of Nsaids (ibuprofen) can cause gastritis (I have this too) and on top of endo its awful.

yes my stomach is upset with ibrufen but I don't have any options. co codamol, paracetamol, naproxen are of no use to me.so I am taking ibrufen. I feel burning in stomach sometimes pain also but what can I do.i was waiting for some reports from gynecologist to be sent to my gp for treatment plan but she send the same provera tablet treatment as I used in past with lots of side effects. but I have to start them again. I don't understand anything what to take or not as my mind is not responding now sometimes I forget things and sometimes I remember much .crazy now.

I take tramadol and naproxin and also use omeprazole for my tummy(during period ) . The damage was done to my gut years ago when I was not given anything to protect it. I gind peppermint tea and a hot water bottle helps with that pain. I also take 1800 mg gabapentin a day for sciatic and lower back pain as well as cocodamol 30/500mg which helps a wee bit. I think it may cause my memory to be bothersome but as long as I'm not in pain I don't care..certainly get back in contact with your gp to discuss other options, as what works for someone else may not work for you. Sorry your in pain , I can only imagine your mood will also be very low because of this, talking from experience x

Hi. Sorry to hear that you’re in pain 😞 and really hope it settles down soon. When my pain was at its worst and I was reading the forum, I saw that a lot of people found that a TENS machine helped, so maybe that might be worth a go?

my gp had prescribed me on provera tablets again, knowing that I had side effects with them in the past.so I went to surgery and was told by receptionist that if my gp had prescribed it means I need to take them so due to weekend I don't left any option and I took the risk to take it again and I suffered again ,headache was so bad ,my mood was like crying and hurting myself, I was unable to manage it whole night I cried I am lost now I don't know what to do with myself
