I have stage 4 rectovaginal endometriosis. I have a Mirena coil in which massively helps as no longer having periods however I have issues with migraine. They are constant and affect my balance. I take Nortriptyline to help but I believe the constant hormonal fluctuations from perimenopause are aggravating it. Anyone have any advice of what helped them with migraine?
