Does anyone else feel a sudden drop in hormones?

I can be feeling happy then all of a sudden il hit a wall of sadness & anxiety mixed with dizzy spells 😖

I can relate. I’m still undergoing tests and awaiting diagnosis for possible Endo. I found in my cycle over the last 6 months things have got massively worse with mood. I would have a week where I became so low, it was awful. I’ve started on a very low dose of citalopram since last month. So far it’s just keep things more stable for me. I was really unsure about taking medication at first but actually it’s really helped me. I don’t think being in pain all the time helps my mood and waiting for gynae for so long all adds to the anxiety etc.

Aww I'm glad it's helping u abit.It definitely seems to go hand in hand aye.

It's such a long process. I find where the pain stops us doing most fun things, appointments seem the only thing we have to look forward to, as we pray that they bring us hope x
