Do you have a hard area in abdomen with endo?

So I’ve noticed over the last week that my right side by my ovary is firm and hard, the other side is not. Is this a symptom of endo?

Hi!

After many years of symptoms, this is how I got diagnosed - solid on the right side and soft on the left. I had an ultrasound scan and had severe endometriosis with a 10cm endometrioma. It might well be something else though. Best wishes.

Thank you for your reply, my consultant has referred me for a laparoscopy and hysteroscopy but said the waiting list is around 3 months long - its now been over a month since I had my last appointment with the consultant. I don’t know if I should try and push for it sooner or not. I’m worried that if I wait and it turned out to be more sinister, I will kick myself.

It could be fibroids you can sometimes feel them xx
