Well today while i was out shopping with my 1yr old a really bad flair up come on i was in so much pain i was crying. Everyone was looking at me some people was giving me dirty looks i was so embarrassed and worried about my lil boy there was nothink i could do i just wanted to hide. Thankfully a lovely older lady came over and took me to boots pharmacy and asked them if there was anywhere i could sit for a little bit untill i had enough strength to get the bus home. She stayed with me the whole time and even got the bus to make sure i got home . Im still so embarrassed by it and i dont want to go out again incase it happens again

Hello I hope your feeling a little better now! I know how this one feels when I’m out and about by myself I have flare ups so badly I fall to the floor sometimes I lose a lot of blood too or i would faint because of the pain! Happened at work, shopping, home etc etc anywhere possibly! I usually take stick on heat pads around with me as usually I won’t have anywhere to heat a hot water bottle up! Carry a little bag around with heat pads, painkiller even if they are not strong ones still carry around some sort of painkiller as it may help ease it, pads, I usually have a body massage roller and I would roll on the areas that hurt! That usually helps with pains sometimes! Also if you look online they sell these cards to let people know you have a chronic illness this sometimes stops people reacting strange towards me when they do see this! It’s a shame many people just walk past and stare! X

These ones helps a lot! place them on the pain! Feminax painkillers usually help too! If you have stronger painkiller such as codamals or tramadol take a pack of them out! If not speak to your doctors if you try them out for the pain as usual ones don’t help! :)

Heat pads

Oh that’s a shame sorry I didn’t know! I have a wrap around hot water bottle best investment or try a tens machine! Co codamals unfortunately won’t take all the pain away it will just ease it off a little! As they don’t have actual medication to stop the pain… x
