Cerazette & Mirena Coil together

Hello all, I have stage 4 endometriosis. It’s recto-vaginal. I have had the Mirena coil in for 2 years. It was good initially. Stopped my periods completely and massively reduced my pain. I was getting a lot of pain in my left ovary and scan revealed 8cm cyst. I’ve had 2 further scans since abs the cyst isn’t going. Now have another one on the right ovary. I used to take cerazette years ago as I know this stopped ovulation for me

As well. Consultant said I should try and take the cerazette on top of Mirena coil. I remember being depressed in cerazette before. Don’t know what to do I feel

Like since having the coil I’m getting cyst issues and also have acne rosacea that was never an issue before: I’m 42 with a vestibule migraine issue so can’t risk having periods again. Any advice greatly received! I want to take Mirena out but consultant is against that idea!
