Hello, I believe gluten and lactose has made my symptoms worse. Having better low pain when I don’t eat them v’s when I do eat them. Also sugar and caffeine as they spike blood sugar and this imbalances hormones. Avoid all processed foods.
I recommend a book Take Control of your Endometriosis by Henrietta Norton - she’s a nutritionalist that deals with Endo patients.
I recommend Recipes & Diet Advice for Endo by Carolyn Levett.
The Mediterranean or Paleo diet focus on anti inflammatory foods, which helps bodies with Endo.
A website called This Endo Life with Jessica Duffin has a free downloadable guide for natural pain management and a free recipe book.
I found Jessica’s book has ingredients I cannot afford or obtain easily for my budget I am on benefits. But have loved Carolyn’s book and find that more practical 💗
I definitely found that wheat made my endo symptoms worse. I avoid it now, but if I lapse and have it for more than a few days I get pain again. There has been some research showing that a lot of people with endo are sensitive to gluten, so worth cutting it out for a bit and see if it makes a difference for you.

If you do have concerns that a particular food group may be making your endometriosis symptoms worse, I would recommend contacting your GP and requesting a referral to a Nutritionist, available to you free on the NHS. They would be able to put together a dietary plan and provide guidance for you that is safe for your body.
Please do be careful when taking nutritional advice from any person or company that doesn't specialise in endometriosis. To date, there is very little research to confirm which foods/vitamins/minerals help or hinder endo patients.
