Looking for advice.

Hey! It’s been a while since I posted.

I have an appointment with an Endo specialist on the 5th November 2021, and I really don’t know what they’re going to say.. I’ve been really struggling with pain every day, every time I move, stand, lay down, walk, I constantly feel tugging on my right ovary! I’ve been laid up in bed for 3 weeks due to constant pain.

I had an MRI scan, but I don’t think they found anything. I also had an ultrasound a while ago and the doctors just told me I was going to have cysts on my ovaries for the rest of my life without telling me anything else.

I will tell the Endo specialist that I want her to investigate more, that I want her to investigate my ovaries because I shouldn’t be feeling tugging and pulling all the time.

What do you guys suggest?

Hi NikNakYou need to tell them a your symptoms and not be dismissed in any way. If your not sure ask questions as appointments are the only time for you to express your concerns and also let your medical professional know about your health and symptoms.

Also don't be afraid to call them out of they are vauge in response to any questions you ask.

All the best 👍🏼

Hiya, thank you for responding.

I spoke to a GP and they have decided the only thing they are willing to do is prescribe me with Naproxen 🤦‍♀️ I’ve used that before and didn’t do anything, tried to explain this to them on the phone but apparently my pain is normal. Apparently I just need to suck it up and deal with it 🤦‍♀️
