What could be causing this?

For months now I have been experiencing pelvic pain (low down, about 1-2 inches up from my pubic bone but on the far left), the pain varies throughout each day, but not with my cycle, it's always there but I also get frequent shooting/throbbing pains, it feels like it radiates to my hip/deep in my bottom sometimes. I should mention that it not extreme pain, it is bareable but constant. During a diagnostic laparoscopy my surgeon discovered (and treated) moderate endometriosis, he said there was dense endo on right uterosacral ligaments, right ovary stuck to uterus, and a small endometrioma on my right ovary. He also mentioned something else but said it would be a bigger operation, unfortunately I wasn't completely with it as this was straight after my lap so I am not sure what it was, will have a follow up with him in a couple of weeks. I assume whatever it is is causing my a left sided pain as this has not gone away after surgery. Do any of you experience similar pain in this location, what could it be?

I have the same which has been diagnosed as a Dermoid cyst.

hey did you get any answers for this? Mine is strangely similar to all symptoms you described - same stage also - im due an mri before another surgery for removal
