Cervix stenosis or closed cervix during IVF

Hi all, I have had LLetz 3 years ago and no one told me it may affect my fertility. Ultrasound also never showed it.

Few days ago I had ET and doctor asked me -" What have they done to you?" Which i have mentioned I had LLETZ. He did something probably puncture with a tool to be able to put the catheter with the embryos inside.

After I left the room I had injection in my buttock to prevent muscle contraction .

I had the IVF abroad and really this doctor had no time to investigate much.

Here I am with Negative result , Zero HCG and was wondering if I need to do some treatment and what are they?

I read this Stenosis may affect negatively IVF.I am out from Uk now and will search for doctors here but dont know what is that I need to be done so I can try for donor egg. Could anyone assist me with advice pls
