Has anyone got or had the merina coil and it has taken away the bleeding totally but left with awful pains/bloating still?

Hi I’m in a similar situation. Bleeding has entirely stopped with the coil, but pain returns monthly. I’m thinking of taking the combined pill to try and stop ovulation, hoping that will stop the pain
Hi there, mirena coil didn’t stay in for me 
it was there for 5 wks and I bled more heavy with it. It came out by itself.
