Having a bad day 🥺😔😒

Feeling very sad and very fed up this evening, I’ve been having bad pains all day, belly is bloated looking as if I am 8 & 1/2 months pregnant with triplets, bad sweats all day, lower back pains and achy body all over. All feels more intense today than other days.

Really struggling to stay positive and hopeful atm. I’m patiently waiting for an appointment, as I’m on a waiting list to have a consultation with a gynaecologist, but who knows when that will actually happen with the pandemic (understandable but not easy). I’ve previously had 3 laparoscopic surgeries for my endometriosis and I’ve already tried so many other alternatives treatments, so I’m doubtful the gynaecologist will do anything else. The waiting is playing on my mind so much lately 💭.

I’m fed up if the pain 😭 been bawling my eyes out on & off all day. I can’t even eat because I feel that bloated it’s making me feel nauseous.

I try to stay positive 6/7days a week I’d say, I’m feel as though I am trying extra extra hard to keep a smile on my face. I just feel broken.

I just wish this would stop, or there was more help for those of us who suffer like this. 😔😖💔

Oh bless you. Your post really resonated me and feel like I could have written it myself. It’s exhausting and frustrating isn’t it. I ended up on the beach in tears at the weekend cause I had a flare up and looked 8 months pregnant within about ten minutes of the pain starting then had to get back to the car 2km away and couldn’t stand up straight. Can’t help but just to say we’re in this together and I know exactly how you’re feeling. Hope the pain has eased off xx

Hi lovely! Bless your heart, I really understand what you’re going through right now and it’s not a nice feeling at all. Eating whilst being bloated is hard but just eat little and often, stick to dry foods like toast or crackers. Peppermint tea is great for bloating.

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself to get things done either. You have to listen to your body and if you have to stay in bed all day then that’s what you need to do. Hot water bottle, tens machine, a blanket and a Netflix series are my go to coping mechanisms when I feel in agony.

Have you chased your gynaecologist appointment? You can ring the hospital and they will put you through to an appointment line where you can speak to someone and ask how long you are from getting an appointment. They can’t always tell you but definitely worth a try.

Sending you hugs and healing vibes. I hope the pain has eased a bit for you. Fingers crossed your appointment isn’t too long away. You aren’t alone 💛

I’m so sorry you’re having a bad day! It happens us all so don’t be too hard on yourself! I find it so difficult to be positive on some days, especially if the pain is bad. Hopefully the waiting lists will be shorter now compared to last year so I hope you wont have to wait too long!

Don’t put too much pressure to stay positive all the time, if you need a day to cry and get it all out then that’s perfectly fine and no one would blame you. I wish I could suggest something to help but I struggle to find anything that helps the pain too. I recently had surgery but my pain is still unbearable.

Sending you so much love xxxx

I am fed up of complaining about the pelvic pain to everyone from last one year and they wasted my one year in understanding my pelvic pain and now after one year they said maybe I need a gynaecologist appointment.oh God finally after one year of pain they had given me the gynaecologist appointment and come to know now that I have endemetriosis God knows how much time I have to suffer more now of having appointments and treatment. I already had my miserable life in this year.i am tired of my life now

Hi hope you start to feel better soon. Bad days are awful and nothing seems to help. Rest when you can and I hope you have someone to look after you. What medication are you on?

I am on decepeptyl injections, that has helped me massively with the labour pains. Have they considered you for that?

X

I have been feeling the exact same. Yesterday I was a crying mess off and on. Today I am just blah…the fatigue isn’t helping I’m sure. Sending you love and hugs.

It’s heartbreaking to see everyone suffering so much also! I truly wish and hope you all get the happy ending and find joy out of all of this. It’s awful to say but I feel a little better knowing im not the only person feeling this way, and feel like my feelings are valid.

Thank you all sooo sooo much for your responses, I will reply to you all individually as soon as I get time, but wanted to thank you for your support, helpful tips and kind messages xx
