Is it possible to become more tolerant to progesterone

Hi, I’ve always struggled with my own progesterone and never managed to use hormone contraceptives. I’m trying to use progesterone for my endometriosis and am feeling awful still after 2 weeks. I can’t continue feeling like this for much longer as it’s beginning to feel dangerous. Does anyone know if it’s possible to become more tolerant to it over time with a continuous dose. I’m at the point of giving up because of the effects on my mental health
