Period returning after mirena coil removal

I had the mirena coil inserted during my surgery in November 2020, it caused me nothing but hell so I had I taken out in April 2021. My periods have been a bit all over the place since then I’ve been bleeding for 3 days really heavily and before I had the coil my cycles were regular and I’d bleed for 5 - 7 days.

So I just wondered for anyone who has had the mirena coil removed? How long did it take for your cycle to return to normal?
