2nd Laparoscopy?

Hi all, I am hoping one of you may be able to help, or least be in the same boat. A little bit of history. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 6 years ago when I was struggling to get pregnant. I had a Laparoscopy (ovarian drilling) while doing this they noticed I had endo so removed as much as possible. This worked and now have 2 chilldren (3 and 18 months). However I am now having really heavy periods and have what I can only describe as a heavy pressure feeling in my lower pelvis (front and back) when I'm on. My periods are now regular, which they never used to be, but they are so painful and my moods and tiredness are rediculous. What i'm wondering is if the endo could have come back/got worse since my last baby?

Has anyone on here had to have 2 laparoscopy's?

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi. Unfortunately endo can return or any that wasn’t removed previously can continue to cause problems. Women quite often have more than 1 laparoscopy. If you’re having pain, ask your G.P for a gynae referral. As they found endo last time surely they’ll investigate again.
