Advice badly needed please 🤞... Consultant app on Sunday

Hi there i have an app with my consultant in Sunday and i need soem advice on questions to ask. So i had a laproscopy in Sept 2020 and had Endometriomas remived from both ovaries. This is all i know. Whilst in hospital they also mentioned something about my tubes and pelvis but i was still out of it so have no idea what happened. Due to covid my op took place at a different hospital than i am under and they advised my own consultant would follow up. I had an app with him in Jan and he didnt even know my lap had already taken place, no notes had been sent to him. He sent me for another ultrasound in Feb 2021 to check placement of coil as i still had pain and they found cysts on both ovaries. They said some were likely cyclical and some were needing to be watched. I was due a follow up with him in May but had to chase the app, its now on Sunday. I need advice on what to ask? The lap hasnt made a massive amount of difference to be honest. The coil helps with bleeding during period and mefamic acid helos slightly with pain but my bowel movements are still as painful etc. I actually have no idea what the extent of my endo was, i think they took a biopsy bit dont know what happened etc? Op took place on NHS in Glasgow.. its a non bsge hospital and consultant.. any advice is appreciated ❤️
