Okay, long shot but before I knew u had endo and my hips and back were super ouch, I was able to do boogie bounce, yknow the thing on the little trampolines? It's designed for low impact and you don't have to do it hardcore you can just sorta dance walk? I know my instructor had issues with her ankles and knees but was able to do it because the tramp makes it low impact. You of course don't have to go to a class, you could get a little tramp on amazon and just do a little that way, but as places are starting to open up maybe see if there's classes in your area and just have a little try and see if it's helpful?
Swimming is really great and low impact if you think you would be able to do that, or aqua-fit. I think people underestimate walking as well and how that can help, with mental health too!
I love doing stretches and gentle yoga, but recently haven't been able to do as much. I second the walking, I do that as much as possible to stretch out and not allow myself to get too stiff. Swimming I also agree with, I have a friend who recommended swimming to me and she has endo
I use YouTube videos usually! It's free and you can find ones that are specifically for pain too haha pilates and yoga are definitely very different beasts lol! I lost all my weight after my first son with plates, but it's very full on! Xxx
