Sorry to hear this. That’s a shock to you.

You could try a hot bath with Epsom salts and Lavender essential oil.

I use Deep Blue Rub by doterra as a natural muscle rub and it’s good in the tummy and back for pain.

How about doing some gentle exercise and building up. Our bodies are ageing and changing all the time.

I don’t have a reassuring experiential response for you. Hope this helps x x x

That's really helpful thank you, I will get some Epsom salt today.Iv got yoga tonight so hopefully that will help stretch my muscles out.

Feel like I'm stuck at the moment want to get fit to help with endo and falling pregnant but now I feel like iv gone back to the beginning.

Aww that must be so frustrating but be kind and loving towards yourself. Our bodies go through so much. Best suggestion is to get a 10KG bucket of Epsom salts off Amazon or EBay - the magnesium can help with digestion as we hold so much tension is our stomachs.

You may know this but Epsom salts detox your body. So after a hot bath wrap yourself or hot towels from the radiator or a robe. Drink water and super hydrate the next day.

I recommend Magnesium Citrate by solgar if your digestion is slow. Morning and night and you’ll notice a change which does make me feel much better. Lighter and improves my mood slightly....even in times of truly awful pain.

All the best lovely!
