Ruptured cysts.

I’m pretty sure I get ruptured cysts alongside my endometriosis.

I’m surprised at how often they seem to happen. It can happen monthly usually around ovulation. Does anybody else experience this?

Hi. I had this - it was detected once when I had a pelvic infection following a ruptured requiring surgery but otherwise I was dismissed. Once I got a MRI, the surgeon could see considerable scar tissue from cysts that had been undetected. I had 3 cysts at the time of surgery which were removed along with my ovary.

Hi - I’ve had endo for decades (I’m 45 now and stage 4) and I have anywhere up to four a month. Sometimes I’ll go a couple of months with none, then three in as many weeks. They’re so bizarre and, weirdly, my husband was concerned when he knew I was bleeding badly and asked to see one! He was fascinated and said they look like deflated balloons. They’re weird and odd, but, honestly, better expelled than still in there doing their thing. ;)
