Does any endo girls get like numbness in their legs feels like dead leg ? I can't explain the feeling but been having it for over a week now and it's driving me so uncomfortable with it and it gets worse at night. I've been to the doctors as she was very baffled and told me she was going to review it in 2 weeks time if still the same she going to refer Me. If anyone else gets this please can you help how I can relive it just a little ? Can't sleep because I can't get comfy

I get it when I'm lying in bed, but only close to the time my period starts, maybe a day before but no other time of month.. it's like a numbness that runs down the inside of both legs, but I still have sensation if i touch the skin. Disclaimer: am not diagnosed only suspect some endo symptoms x

Yes, my hip bone and my pelvic bone constantly feel bruised like I have bumped into something. All of a sudden after the operation I had all this feeling in my legs and feet. I find trigger point injections in my lower back/ sciatica really help with my fibro pain. Because I have 15 chronic conditions and there’s a lot of overlap. It’s sometimes hard to distinguish between what is causing it. Try a heating pad on your lower back and look into finding someone who can do trigger point injections. The specialized clinic I went to last year for my Endo, they discussed trigger point injections as a tool. Another great thing is to sit with your hips open in the butterfly position. When you cross your legs a lot you pull all those muscles and it can really helpful for the pain in the legs and low back as well. There is no easy fix but with work it will get easier. Don’t give up!
