Rectovaginal endometriosis or something else?

Hi, I'm new here and worried sick!

I'm 26, since I was 11 years old I have a history of heavy, painful periods and have always experienced rectal pain, right shoulder pain, IBS, horrific PMS and vomiting during periods. I have been on and off the combined pill for years but suddenly developed migraines where I vomited out of nowhere, so I am now am on progesterone only pill which stops my periods mostly but then I experience heavy bleeding for a month or longer sometimes.

In 2018 my symptoms became unbearable, I was told it was likely IBS, the fatigue, anxiety and constant pain caused me to have to quit job that I loved. I had blood and stool tests.

In March 2020 I suddenly developed bloody mucus and diarrhoea, had a flexible sigmoidoscopy which came back clear and a haemorrhoid banding. I lost weight out of sheer worry and going to the toilet 20+ times a day. I also experienced a 'balloon feeling' underneath my left lung and a 'pulled muscle' feeling near my right ovary which radiated into my back.

Now, I have the left lung feeling, chronic middle back pain, lower right abdominal pain and hard pellet stools several times a day which are agony to pass and cause huge bloating and pain all month even when I'm not bleeding and on the pill. I feel like I have lost a battery and before I bleed I'm tired all the time but not anaemic. I am worried my digestive system is shutting down, that it's near my lung, that it's really deep, it's all I can think about. I also want a family.

For a few months now I have been GF, dairy free, sugar free, have a high fibre diet, drink only water and herbal tea, yoga - have tried everything but no joy at all!

I am finally on a waiting list for a lap with suspected rectovaginal endo and potential diaphragmatic endo, I have a year to wait and don't know what to do!

If anyone can relate I would love to chat and if you have any advice or tips I would be so grateful, and I'm so sorry if anyone else is going through something similar!

Poor lady, try and go private if you can, that's a long time to wait .

Thank you, I have had a few private appointments to speed things up but I can't afford the laparoscopy. x
