I've been on decapeptyl for 7 weeks and most days I have been bleeding very dark (even black) menstrual blood. It's not usually a lot, a small panty liner can cope with it, but it's a nuisance. I had a similar issue when I took depo-provera injections and I ended up giving up with those after a year and going on the mini-pill instead. Because I don't have endo pain that often (horrific flare ups once in a while), these side affects (I also get depressed) can feel worse than the condition itself.
Has anyone had similar issues, and do you know why it's happening, even if you can't stop it? Sometimes just understanding what is going on helps. I'm also wondering if I should report it to the nurse when I get my next injection next week?

This sounds like hell! Why should we have to out up with having to 'put up" I really hope you can find the answers you are looking for ❤️
I am looking for similar answers. I started a period on day 14 after my first decapatyl injection. This was 2 days ago and it's getting really heavy. All the info I can find on bleeding on decapatyl is that you are supposed to consult with your GP(the only one I could speak to was completely disinterested and told me to wait for my next gynaecologist app which I am still waiting on!) . I am still waiting on a nurse practitioner calling me back from Wednesday. I really need advice and I can't find any help. I am also having severe cramps but actual cramp like you get in your leg or foot, in my stomach muscles. It floors me it's happened twice today.
