Can anyone please recommend any pain relief or advice? Can’t cope with the pain anymore :(

Hi I’m new to this and wondering if anyone can help me. I haven’t yet been diagnosed with endometriosis but everything else has pretty much been ruled out so it’s my last option really. I am booked in for a laparoscopy but in the meantime the pain just seems to be getting worse. Im due on and I’m suffering from severe bloating at the minute, not sleeping due to the pain and waking up with night sweats does anyone have any advice or medication that works for them? I am willing to try anything at this point. I’ve also had to take time off work due to the pain and uncomfortableness which I feel extremely guilty and unsupported about TIA.

For night sweats you could try a wool duvet (they're good for temperature control) or the synthetic temperature control one from John lewis. They're designed for women who are going through menopause but should help you too.
