Pls help

Hi I dont know Is someone in here has gone through this problem I'm having at the moment or could just give me advice pls so basically, I have been diagnosed with endometriosis for nearly 2 years now. And a laparoscopy last year in September. And that op they said I have stage 4 and need to referral for endometriosis centre and be on a wating list. So in January I rang asking for update found out I was never referred to the endometriosis centre it was not made. So after that I told I was put on a referral on January and then now yesterday I been hospitalized found out that the other endometriosis center said they dont have me on their system at all!!!! I been in and out of hospital with this pain, because all their messing around iv gine to stage 4 as it is I'm only very young aswel.i feel as I been neglected for my treatment 😢😢😢😢, and been overlooked as they dont seem to my condition and case inconsideration at all!!. Who should I go to for this support.??

I thinking of looking into private at the moment? I don't know if.i could get a health support like pay monthly for my treatment as I cant offered all together. Has this happened to anyone else before?.

And could I get support on my case?

Hi Meworange,

That's an awful experience you're having! It's horrible that your referral wasn't placed, as promised... Twice.

May I make a suggestion? Can you discover the name and number of the endometriosis centre you've been referred to, and then phone them (or your GP) every two weeks to find out:

a) when you are added to the waiting list, and

b) the date of your appointment?

I've learned from experience that when appointments aren't forthcoming, they need a follow-up request to a person who has the ability to place the referral.

Well I have reminded them few times and every time they said that yes u have been referred on my appointments they said them same aswel :/ I'm very upset and now have made a appointment with my gp in regards to wht has been happening expressing my concerns beacuse I'm nit going to wait another 6 months now again. And I dont want to be on these ingection I want to have children in the future aswel it's like they dont even understand what we are going through at all :((. I feel even filling a complaint in it's just not professional at all
