Anyone had a Lap with a Hepatobiliary surgeon present too?

Hi, having my next lap with gynae / bowel surgeon but my gynae has also suggested bringing in a hepatobiliary surgeon too this time as I’ve been having lots of cyclical kidney pains.

Anyone else experienced this? What to expect?
