Headaches and Zolodex?

Hi there this is my first post. I was wondering if anyone has had experiences of headaches with Zolodex injections/ Tibolone? I've had 3 so far but get headaches a lot of days. They are helping with severe PMDD though where my mood has significantly improved. I'll be getting a bilateral sarphingo oophechtomy if the injections help but I'm just wondering if the headaches will continue. Not sure if they are from the meds or lack of hormones so this might continue after the op. I suffer from migraines and take meds but can only take once a week. Any advice would be gratefully received thanks! It's one of those situations where theres a trade off between one symptom and another but I would rather headaches than feeling suicidal every month....

Have you checked your blood pressure? Mine went back up after I started them, I was reminded of this as a side effect the other day.

I didn’t get headaches, but I used to before starting CPAP, which eliminated those and reduced BP. I think there is a connection with hormones and headaches.
