Iβm also waiting for my Operation !Hysterectomy. Itβs great to hear positive feedback. On this site it a pleasure to hear from great wonderful and brave women and girls. Having these issues & injections so reassuring that we are not alone suffering such symptoms. I really appreciate hearing of everyone sharing their experiences because itβs very helpful.
Thank you π x

Yes π Completely right ?? Itβs a such a pity π€·π»ββοΈ GPs / Consultants / Doctors / Clinical Positions !
Donβt follow this Website??
If they did ?? The very least they would understand the dilemma we are suffering or worried about and try to put our minds at ease. Rather than keep knocking on doors for continued help and asking for same advice for someone to listen to us. π€¦π»ββοΈπ€¦π»ββοΈ
Hope your surgery date comes through soon. I got surgery endometrial ablation during all of this Covid in hospital, I thought I would be waiting forever x good luck π
I hope the date comes through quickly. I had my total hysterectomy (laparoscopically), with removal of both ovaries and bowel surgery, at the end of October. Just to share a positive story, I am on HRT and I am feeling very well. I am lighter, no pain whatsoever and I have much more energy. I was doubting needing such severe intervention, because I didn't have awful symptoms, but now in retrospect I realise what I put up with thinking it is normal. My recovery was quite uneventful, but I did take it easy. I had urinary stents for the first 2 weeks following surgery but once they came off I came on in leaps and bounds. It is early days but I am pleased I had the operation. I still do not use my abdominal muscles, although I managed to run 5k and felt good afterwards, but I don't do strenuous exercise yet as I don't want to hinder my recovery. I am sharing this just to say that it's not all doom and gloom, and although major surgery, things can get better eventually. Just listen to your body, don't put a time on your recovery and more pressure on yourself, and take heart. I am wishing you all the best and a short wait, endometriosis is truly awful.
