Anyone else get headaches

Hi ladies I was scheduled to have a laparoscopy 5 weeks ago to have an ovarian cyst removed which they ended up having to open me up as the cyst was so big and when they tried to remove it they found stage 4 endometriosis i was given this decapeptyl injection which was awful and my consultant was great with helping me with the side effects of that but now I keep getting these headaches just wondering if anyone else suffers from these as I don't want to keep annoying consultant as maybe it's not related don't feel as though I can go to my GP as he's of no help I would appreciate any advice thanks 😊

Hi sounds like you’ve been through it

I think the headaches maybe to do with the hormone fluctuations, I too had headaches when on ( Prostap injections for endometriosis) I had headaches whilst on that & after for a while.

So it could just be the hormones x

Hi I usually get headaches after I've eaten hopefully it's just the hormones think I'll ring my GP tomorrow thanks for your help ladies

Hope you aren’t feeling too bad otherwise, it’s a lot to go through.I can’t remember getting headaches with Zoladex. Do you get headaches around period time, could be hormones, do keep an open mind and speak to GP if it gets worse. They have their uses occasionally!

Hi thanks for your advice I usually get the headaches after I've eaten I think I'll ring my GP tomorrow maybe he can help me thanks 😊

If you’re getting headaches after eating, could be you’re intolerant of something (wheat, dairy, etc)?

Hi, I’m on the same medication for 7 months and I occasionally get migraine type headache but I used to during my period. It could be hormonal. I would see your gp.

I get horrible headaches on Zoladex. I have been told they might settle after a month or two, but I’m in month 2 now and still have them.
